Craig has been in some form of the automotive industry for over 20 years. He worked as an automotive mechanic until a hand injury prevented him from doing that job professionally anymore. He then got together with one of his daughters and they created Blackout Concepts.
Trishina never had any background in the automotive industry until her dad came to her because of medical issues that her jobs where not being lenient about. She faced punishment at all of her current jobs because of her medical issues. He came to her wanting to help provide the freedom she needed. So together they created Blackout Concepts.
Kaelyn had always found the automotive industry fascinating in one form or another. In school she took mechanics classes and was very passionate about the work she was learning. She had spent a few years working in some shape or form in that industry after graduating high school. During that time her sister and dad had created Blackout Concepts. She had ended up coming into the family business.
Anastasia is an adopted daughter into the family. She is best friends with Kaelyn and that is how she became part of the family. As a stay at home mom and couldn’t work due to a child at home and had no consistent babysitter. She became part of the Blackout Concepts family because she was able to work around someone being able to watch her children. Most of her work at home with taking phone calls and scheduling customers. She does installs if or when she has a babysitter that day.
